AI due diligence, from the press and the data room to one sourced memo.
Hand Duale AI the target, the data room and the committee date. One Task reads the press and each document family in focused branches, and extracts the key terms on the way.Hand over the deal, get back one memo
Your deal team keeps working while the Task runs in the background, up to the committee date. You hand over
The target, access to the data room, your due diligence checklist, the findings the committee expects (commercial, financial, legal and reputational) and the committee date.
You get back
One memo: a summary, the red flags, a findings table with the source of each finding, questions for management and the documents still missing.
From Monday's handover to Thursday's committee, step by step
Illustrative example: Plover Sensors, a fictional maker of industrial sensors. The deal team hands over the deal on Monday evening, for the committee on Thursday at 09:00.- The objective. “Prepare the due diligence memo on Plover Sensors for Thursday’s committee: commercial, financial, legal and reputational findings, each with its source.”
- The press. One branch per topic: litigation, management changes, customer wins and losses, and regulator actions. Every item comes back dated.
- The data room. One branch per document family: customer contracts, financing, accounts, employment and intellectual property. Where a family holds many documents, its branch splits again, one branch per document.
- Key terms, extracted on the way. Inside the contract branches, each contract’s term, renewal date, change-of-control clause, exclusivity and revenue land in one table. Any unclear term is marked to confirm. The table then feeds the findings.
- Calculations and cross-check. Code calculates customer concentration and covenant headroom from the accounts. A review branch compares the management presentation with the accounts and the press.
- One memo. The branches converge into one memo, ready for the deal team to check before Thursday.
Illustrative: the shape of one due diligence Task. Follow each branch in the Dashboard Task view. See how Usage analytics follows each Task.

Your deal team checks, then decides
The memo puts every finding and its source in front of the people who own the deal. What the team checks
Each red flag against its quoted passage or dated article, the key terms marked to confirm, and the questions for management.
What the team decides
Whether to proceed, the price, the warranties and indemnities to ask for, and what to ask management.
As many branches as the deal needs, one Task price
One Task covers the whole deal, from a few focused branches to hundreds over several days. Bigger work runs longer and uses more model inference, which your model providers bill. The Task price stays the same, whatever the number of branches or the duration. See the price per Task.
The capabilities behind each memo
Each one is set up once on the Platform and serves your other use cases too.Libraries
Every finding quotes the passage and page it rests on. Libraries hold the data room’s documents and your checklist.
Tools
Web research reads the press and cites each article. Code execution calculates the figures from the accounts.
Model routing
Each document gets a model that fits it, chosen from the models you enabled.
Identity and access
Give the deal its own agent, then retire it when the deal closes. Its access ends with the deal.
